This meticulous verification process helps us maintain the integrity of our service and prevents potential misuse, such as fraudulent registrations or unauthorized usage of our resources. We prioritize the safety and satisfaction of all our users- both customer and service partners, and by taking these measures, we can confidently deliver reliable assistance when you need it most. Therefore, we encourage vehicle owners to subscribe to our premium membership in advance. What happens if I need a tow beyond the two standard tows included in the premium membership? If you require more than the two standard tows included in your premium membership, additional towing services will be available at a discounted rate. Our mobile application will display the applicable charges for the extra tows, and you can conveniently pay for them through the app using your preferred payment method. Can I transfer my unused standard tows to another person? Our premium insures users by their registered vehicle. The two standard tows included in the premium membership are non-transferable and can only be used by the registered vehicle. They cannot be transferred to another vehicle. What happens to my membership if I sell my vehicle? To prevent abuse and misuse of the membership, eTow does not allow refunds for memberships. However, premium members are allowed to transfer their existing membership(s) to another vehicle. For instance, if a vehicle owner decides to sell their vehicle and purchase a new one, they can transfer their existing membership to the new vehicle. Is there a limit to the number of times I can request roadside assistance through the mobile application? There is no limit to the number of times you can request roadside assistance through our mobile application. We understand that emergencies happen, and our primary goal is to ensure your safety and convenience on the road. However, please note that frequent or excessive usage may be subject to additional terms and conditions outlined in our service agreement. How long does it typically take for a service provider to arrive? The arrival time of a service provider depends on various factors such as your location, traffic conditions, and service demand. However, we prioritize prompt assistance and strive to dispatch a service provider to your location as quickly as possible. In most cases, you can expect a service provider to respond to your request within 5 minutes. How do I pay for the services received through the roadside assistance mobile application? It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Depending on the type of eTow plan you sign up for, this may include your username, email address, phone number, birth date, gender, vehicle details, and country. Some of the personal data we will ask you to provide is required in order to create your account. You also have the option to provide us with additional personal data in order to make your account more personalized. The exact personal data we will collect depends on the type of eTow Service plan you sign up for, how you create an account, and whether you use third party services (such as Facebook and Gmail) to sign up and use the eTow Service. If you use a third party service to create an account, we will receive personal data via that third party service but only when you have consented to that third party service sharing your personal data with us.
