Our premium insures users by their registered vehicle. The two standard tows included in the premium membership are non-transferable and can only be used by the registered vehicle. They cannot be transferred to another vehicle.

To prevent abuse and misuse of the membership, eTow does not allow refunds for memberships. However, premium members are allowed to transfer their existing membership(s) to another vehicle. For instance, if a vehicle owner decides to sell their vehicle and purchase a new one, they can transfer their existing membership to the new vehicle.
